Fast Freight Solutions provides truck dispatching and logistics management services, including but not limited to route optimization, load coordination, real-time shipment tracking, and issue resolution during transit.
Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information
Clients must provide complete and accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, pickup and delivery locations, and any special requirements.
Packaging
Clients are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
Legal Compliance
Clients must ensure all shipments comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
Payments may be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, check, or PayPal.
Invoices
Invoices are issued upon completion of services and must be paid within the terms stated on the invoice.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in additional fees as specified in the invoice.
Shipment Tracking
Clients may track shipments through our online tracking tools or third-party tracking links when available. Fast Freight Solutions is not responsible for delays or discrepancies caused by carriers, third-party systems, or technical limitations
SMS Communication & Consent
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communication, you agree to receive text messages from Fast Freight Solutions related to dispatch operations.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies per user and is based on dispatch activity.
Pricing
Message and data rates may apply.
Types of Messages May Include:
Load details such as pickup/delivery locations, dates, load specifications, and rates. Load confirmations, ETA requests, tracking links, and operational updates
Opt-In Methods:
Verbal consent (in person or over the phone)
Email communication
Selecting the SMS consent option on our forms
Opt-Out & Help:
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
For assistance, reply HELP or email info@fastfreightsolutions.us.
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, do not provide consent or select the SMS option on our
forms.
Liability and Insurance
Liability
Fast Freight Solutions’ liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent specified in the applicable service agreement.
Insurance
Clients are encouraged to obtain insurance for high-value shipments. Fast Freight Solutions does not provide cargo insurance unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled subject to the terms of the service agreement. Cancellation fees may apply.
Changes
Shipment changes must be requested promptly and are subject to availability and additional charges.
Force Majeure
Fast Freight Solutions is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, or other force majeure events.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
